Ollie was asked to visit the property I'm currently renting by the lettings team at (Stow Brothers) The property had lost all electricity on the ground floor. Ollie was polite, efficient and professional. Ollie managed to test every socket and resolve the issue but has recommended that other wiring will need to be updated soon.
